Objectives
In collaboration with the General Management and the Head of Supply, Production and Recovery, you will be responsible for the technical management and administrative follow-up of electricity production assets attached to DREAM ENERGY and a customer portfolio composed mainly of tertiary buildings and charging stations for electric vehicles.

Missions

As part of DREAM ENERGY's "Supply and Recovery" division, you will carry out the following missions

  • Monitoring of electricity markets and European markets for environmental products (Guarantees of Origin, Capacity Guarantees, CEE, CO2, etc.)
  • Monitoring of French regulations related to energy markets and identification of risks and opportunities;
  • Participation in the implementation of the strategies of coverage of guarantee of origin (G.O), guarantee of capacity (G.C), energy saving certificate (CEE) and renewable electricity;
  • Participation in the forecasting of the quantities of renewable electricity/CEE/G.O/G.C to be purchased/produced/sold in the short and medium term according to the characteristics of the customers and the prices proposed;
  • Management and monitoring of the entries/exits of injection and extraction sites in the DREAM ENERGY perimeter;
  • Management and follow-up of the quantities put on the G.O and G.C registers;
  • Drafting and monitoring of P.P.A. contracts between DREAM ENERGY and various producers;
  • Drafting and monitoring of electricity sales contracts between DREAM ENERGY and end customers (tertiary buildings, supercharger stations for electric vehicles);

Profile required

  • You have an engineering degree (Bac +5), you have at least one year of experience in the energy field and a good knowledge of the electricity markets (Spot/Futures markets, G.O, G.C, CEE...);
  • You master the Pack Office ;
  • You are organized, rigorous, autonomous, curious with good analytical, writing and interpersonal skills.

Objectives
In collaboration with the engineers, operational managers and architects of the Group, you will supervise the design and execution studies of charging infrastructures for electric vehicles.

Missions

Develop electric vehicle charging infrastructure projects from the design phase through to commissioning, coordinating internal and external interfaces:

  • Site potential analysis, feasibility studies and mobility flow studies;
  • Technical, operational, administrative, contractual and financial management;
  • Follow-up, Planning, Business Plan, Reporting ;
  • Management of the consultation of companies and suppliers;
  • Coordination of the participants in the Design & Execution phase;

Manage the technical aspects of the responses to calls for tenders for design-build and/or operation:

  • Realization of feasibility studies, definition of the need and sizing;
  • Technical-economic and regulatory studies of standard offers;

Manage the operation of the charging stations in collaboration with the operators:

  • Planning and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance operations;
  • Cost monitoring, budget compliance, reporting;

Follow up on transversal missions:

  • Benchmark of terminal suppliers and various service providers and subcontractors (MOE, Operator...);
  • Identification of specificities and technical and regulatory barriers;
  • Technological, competitive and regulatory watch;

Profile required

You have an engineering background (5 years of higher education), either as a generalist or with a specialization in Energy or Transport. You have at least 5 years of experience on projects for the development of AC and/or DC charging infrastructures for electric vehicles.

Good command of the Office package (especially Excel/VBA, PowerPoint) and professional English (written/oral) required.

You are organized, rigorous, autonomous, curious with good analytical and writing skills.

Objectives

DREAM ENERGY, a subsidiary of the ARTEA Group, is a player in the energy transition whose "mobility" branch is developing a network of supercharger stations (+/- 150kW) for electric vehicles, mainly in France.

DREAM ENERGY is in the process of acquiring many sites allowing the deployment of its stations throughout France and Europe.

In order to ensure the development of this network, and within the framework of a new position, DREAM ENERGY is recruiting a business development manager.

Missions

According to the objectives defined by the commercial strategy of the General Management of DREAM ENERGY, your missions will be the following:

Profile required

Objectives
In collaboration with the Group's engineers, program managers and architects, you will participate in the environmental design of the Artea Group's real estate operations and will supervise certification and labeling operations in an AMO role.

Missions

  • Define with the project management team and the owner the energy and low carbon concepts, the environmental strategy and the comfort of the project;
  • Participate in the environmental design of tertiary buildings, hotels and housing;
  • Using the ARCHIWIZARD software ;
  • Realization of environmental studies (RT, STD, FLJ, LCA and carbon footprint);
  • Participate in certification and environmental labeling of real estate operations in an AMO role;
  • Assistance to the project owner within a project team to integrate environmental, energy, health and comfort issues;
  • Follow-up of the implementation of environmental certification and/or labeling (HQE, BREEAM, LEED, WEEL, EFFINERGIE, OsmoZ...);
  • Conducting preliminary technical studies (LFJ/light autonomy, clean worksite charter, materials inventories, LCA, waste studies, mobility studies, life log, maintenance log, etc.);
  • Consultation Procedures;
  • Creation of tools and standard reports based on the requirements of the BREEAM, WELL, HQE and OsmoZ standards, in order to facilitate and improve the team's efficiency.

Profile required

  • You have an engineering background (5 years of higher education), either as a generalist or as a double major in architecture and engineering, with a specialization in environmental design of buildings;
  • You master the Office Pack (especially Excel/VBA, PowerPoint), ARCHIWIZARD software and professional English (written/oral) required;
  • You are organized, rigorous, autonomous, curious with good analytical and writing skills, and have a good knowledge of the various existing evaluation standards (HQE, BREEAM, OsmoZ, LEED, WELL, EFFINERGIE...);

OBJECTIVES

As a Senior Key Account Manager reporting to Dream Energy Mobility's Operations Department, you will be responsible for managing key customer accounts for the company's electric mobility business. This activity includes the deployment of charging stations throughout France and ensuring their smooth operation.

You'll be the cornerstone of Dream Energy Mobility's growing relationship with its stakeholders, and may be required to lead a team as station deployment grows.

MISSIONS

  1. Relations with Dream Energy Mobility's key stakeholders
    1. Technical: guaranteeing the correct application of specifications and technical clauses
    1. Steering: centralizing requests, monitoring and implementing action plans, prioritizing issues
    1. Contractual and financial monitoring of the account 

  2. Competitive intelligence: benchmarking of alternative partners/suppliers and selection to improve technical performance and deployment profitability
  3. Provide regular reports to management on departmental performance and propose corrective action where necessary
  4. Represent the IRVE (Infrastructure de Recharge de Véhicule Electrique) department and more specifically the DREAM ENERGY brand at external events and other presentations to third parties
  5. You contribute to the continuous improvement of the department's procedures and processes.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards

RESEARCH PROFILE

  • With a scientific background (Bac +5) Generalist or with a specialization in Energy or Transport, you have at least 3 years' experience in the field of electric mobility or, failing that, in managing a major account in a technical field.
  • Good command of Pack Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint) and professional English (written/oral) required.
  • Experience in managing B2B, customer/supplier relations, contract management is a plus
  • You are organized, rigorous, autonomous and curious, with good professional communication and prioritization skills.

Working with the Group's engineers and operational managers, you will supervise the operation of the Group's hydroelectric power plants (currently 17 plants).

Your main tasks will be as follows:

Manage the overall operation of the production park, i.e. :

- Follow the life of the plants :

  • Remote monitoring of plants from supervision ;
  • Third-party operator control ;
  • Periodic plant inspections ;
  • Continuous improvement of plants (production, availability, etc.) ;
  • Regular reporting ;
  • Relations with administrations, town halls and neighbors ;

- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance:

  • Planning and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance operations;
  • Monitoring costs and staying within budget;

- Ensure the integration of newly acquired plants.

You'll also be working on new projects in the prospecting phase and on site supervision for major renovations.

Profile required:

With an engineering background (Bac +5), either as a generalist or with a specialization in Energy or Hydraulics, you have at least one significant experience in the operation of energy production plants.

You have a good command of Pack Office.
